1. Web Ordering System Features

(1) B2B and B2B2C Web Ordering Support

  • Supports workflows between Manufacturers, Distributors, Retailers, and Individual end-users.
  • Enables direct sales from manufacturers to retailers or individuals using existing commercial flows. Product payment collection can be handled by retailers or via credit card (optional).
  • Order products easily via category lists, “My Page” favorites, or order history.

(2) ID-based Permissions and Distributor Approval

  • Operation permissions are linked to IDs to control accessible menu functions.
  • On the order screen, available products can be restricted based on the retailer’s usage status.
  • Distributors can monitor the usage status of retailers linked to their specific ID.
  • Order approval settings can be toggled per distributor account to suit various management styles.
  • Master accounts are available for headquarters to view usage status across all branch-linked retailers.

(3) Information Sharing integrated with 3PL Services

  • Linked with our WMS/TMS to notify retailers of shipping dates, stockouts, and tracking numbers.
  • Post campaigns or stock updates directly on the order or description screens with automatic expiration dates.

  • Enables centralized management through integration with 3PL services.
  • Distributor approval processes can be integrated into the workflow before shipping instructions are issued.
  • Mobile-compatible order screens for smartphones and portable devices are available.

4. Web Ordering System Structure

  • The system consists of two parts: the Order Screen and the Management Screen.
  • Usage range can be restricted based on the account type.

  • Monitor order status for all registered users.
  • Download order data for shipping instructions.
Administrator
  • Includes manufacturer permissions plus management of notices, downtime, and system settings.
