Web ordering system with settlement function

– Web ordering system for BtoBtoC in cooperation with 3PL service –

The Sakata Group provides an order support service by linking an in-house developed Web ordering system and a 3PL service.

1. Features of Web ordering system

(1) B-to-B and B-to-C Web ordering and ordering is possible

  • This is a web-based order and supply system for manufacturers⇔agents⇔retailers, manufacturers⇔agents⇔retailers/individuals (end users).
  • It is possible to sell directly from manufacturers to retailers/individuals by utilizing existing commercial flow/account book. (You can collect the product price from individuals by collecting it by retailers or by credit card (optional).)
  • You can select products from a list of products by product category, or order products from MyPage (Register Favorite Products or Order History).

(2) Operation authority by ID management and the function of approving the order content by the agent

  • The operating privileges and IDs are linked to control the available menus.
  • On the order screen, it is possible to limit the products that can be purchased depending on the usage status of the retail store.
  • In the management screen, the IDs of the distributor and the retailer are linked, and only the usage status of the retailer in charge can be viewed.
  • Whether or not to approve orders from retailers can be set and switched for each agency account, and order management suitable for each account can be performed.
  • It is also possible to set up an account called “Agency Head Office Account” to view all of the retailers’ usage associated with each agency branch.

(3) Sending out information to retailers and end users in conjunction with our 3PL service

  • By linking with our WMS/TMS, we can directly notify retailers of product shipment date, out-of-stock status, and cargo number.
  • You can post information that you want to notify to retailers, such as campaigns and out-of-stock items, on the top of the order screen or product description screen. If you set a period, it will be deleted automatically after the period ends.

2. Web ordering system linked with 3PL service

The Web ordering system can be input from anywhere there is a PC environment that can connect to the Internet.
*Web ordering system is a service that is designed to be used in conjunction with our 3PL service.

3. Functions that the Web ordering system can provide

The values that the Web ordering system can provide are as follows.
  • Centralized management linked with 3PL service is possible
  • For orders to the same shipping destination within the deadline, it is possible to add up the data and process the shipment.
  • If the ordering process requires agency confirmation, we can provide agency authority and incorporate the agency’s approval process before shipping instructions.
  • It is possible to restrict the use of the order screen by member or by time.
  • We can also create screens (order screens) that are compatible with smartphones and cell phones.
  • After shipment, you can send a shipment report e-mail to the orderer with the inquiry number to the carrier.
  • It is possible to create and use an invoice integrated with a delivery note with a manufacturer’s original layout (currently compatible with Sagawa Express and Yamato Transport).
  • By pre-registering the JAN code, you can search for products by barcode scanning.

4. Configuration of the web ordering system

  • The Web ordering system consists of two screens: the order screen and the management screen.
  • You can limit the scope of use for each account.
