    Sakata Warehouse, Inc. serves as the core of the Sakata Group, responsible for overseeing sales and business operations.
As our Group handles a significant amount of personal information, the lawful and proper protection of such information is extremely important. To put this into practice, we have established this policy.

• In accordance with the nature and scale of our business, we will clarify the purpose of use for all personal information provided for business purposes and manage it lawfully and appropriately (collection, use, storage, provision, and disposal) within that scope. Furthermore, we will establish and comply with handling procedures to ensure that information is not used for purposes other than those intended.
• We will take preventive measures to ensure there is no unauthorized access to personal information, nor any loss, destruction, alteration, or leakage of personal information. In the event of such an incident, we will take appropriate corrective actions.
• We will comply with laws and regulations regarding the handling of personal information, guidelines established by the government, and other applicable norms.
• We will establish a contact point to respond to complaints and consultations regarding the handling of personal information entrusted to us and deal with them appropriately.
• We will build, implement, maintain, and continuously improve a management system for the appropriate management of personal information.

This policy is posted on our website and within our company to ensure all employees are fully aware of it, and it is also distributed to external parties upon request.
Furthermore, we strive to educate and enlighten each employee to raise awareness of personal information protection.
