The Mino Warehouse of Kita Osaka Sales Office provide domestic distribution center services that handle OTC drugs (Class 1 to Class 3 drugs) and quasi-drugs and deliver them to wholesalers, drugstores, etc.
Based on the Guidelines for the Proper Distribution of Pharmaceuticals (GDP), we implement quality control through a product and distribution quality management system (QMS), from the receipt of products to storage, shipment to the market, and shipment to the delivery destination (market shipment).
In the distribution system, we have introduced a lot tracking system linked with WMS and shipping inspection system, and have a mechanism that enables history management of which lot was shipped to which delivery destination and when, as well as first-in first-out inventory management and expiration date management for each lot.
We also support the creation of set products and attachments such as promotional items at the time of shipment for retailers.

This office provides high quality logistics services to meet the needs of our customers by visualizing logistics quality through 5S and Kaizen, setting targets based on logistics management indicators, and promoting safety and health through regular audits.
As specific measures to prevent erroneous shipments, we inspect shipments using a barcode inspection system, conduct daily cyclical inventories, and conduct monthly inventories of all items, as well as respond to semi-annual inventories and audits by the shipper companies. As a result of these activities, we maintain a very accurate shipping accuracy.
