Minoh Warehouse of Kita-Osaka Sales Office Information on Completion of Phase 2 Construction

Sakata Warehouse, which operates mainly in the warehouse and 3PL businesses in the Kansai, Kanto, and Chubu areas, started operations on November 1, 2019 in Minoo Morimachi (corporate land zone), which was sold by Osaka Prefecture. The second phase of construction, which was underway at Minoh Warehouse of Kita-Osaka Sales Office, was completed on January 31, 2022, and from February 1, 2022, the total floor area including the first phase construction will be approximately 16,648 m2. We would like to inform you that it has operated as a distribution center.

■ Features of the facility

1. Obtained certification of the Logistics Comprehensive Efficiency Law / Specified Distribution Business Facility
2. Achieve “disaster-resistant logistics” with an emergency power supply in a location where there is little risk of earthquakes and tsunamis
3. Realized “environmentally friendly logistics” by introducing LED lighting for all buildings and centralized energy management system for buildings (green management certification has been obtained)

Minoh Warehouse is a warehouse / distribution center newly built in November 2019 as part of our 100th anniversary commemorative project, which was celebrated in April 2014. Customers of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, electronic parts, industrial equipment, etc.
We provide high quality warehousing, 3PL and fulfillment services.
The warehouse building has an air-conditioned distribution processing plant and constant temperature storage, and the site has a separate dangerous goods warehouse that complies with laws and regulations.
With the completion of the second phase of construction, we will meet the diverse needs of our customers as a state-of-the-art warehouse / distribution center with a total floor area of approximately 5,045 tsubo.
