Our company Sakata Warehouse, Inc., which operates mainly in the warehouse and 3PL business in the Kansai, Kanto, and Chubu areas, is located in the “Itakura New Town Industrial Land” that Gunma Prefecture has transferred to the Tatebayashi Interchange Warehouse of Kanto Sales Office. ■ Features of the facility

1. We aim to build “disaster-resistant logistics” using emergency power supplies in locations where there is little risk of earthquakes and tsunamis.
2. We will also introduce LED lighting for the entire building and a centralized building energy management system to realize “environmentally friendly logistics” (we are planning to introduce a solar power generation system).
3. We will endeavor to provide “logistics that create added value” by utilizing fulfillment services.

5. Obtained approval from Gunma Prefecture for the “Regional Economic Driving Business Plan” based on the Regional Future Investment Promotion Law.

Tatebayashi Interchange Warehouse is a new warehouse / distribution center that will be built as part of our 110th anniversary commemorative project in April 2024. It is a high-quality warehouse for customers of cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, medical equipment, electronic parts, industrial equipment, etc. We plan to provide 3PL and fulfillment services.
In the warehouse building, we will set up an air-conditioned distribution processing plant and a constant temperature storage, and plan to support manufacturing operations under the Pharmaceutical Machinery Law such as cosmetics and pharmaceuticals in the future. In addition, we will set up a dangerous goods warehouse in a separate building that complies with laws and regulations on the premises. Two dock levelers have been installed on the platform to handle import / export cargo by sea container. Cooperation with nearby Sano Inland Port is also possible *1.
In addition, the “Third-Party Logistics Service Promotion Project by Establishing a New Business Warehouse”, whose main implementation location is the warehouse, is a law from Gunma Prefecture regarding the strengthening of the foundation for regional growth and development by promoting regional economic traction projects (regional future). It has been approved by the “Regional Economic Driving Business Plan” based on the Investment Promotion Law).
Through “promotion of logistics sharing,” which is one of the specific initiatives in this plan, we will work to reduce the environmental burden by reducing CO2 and contribute to the realization of a sustainable supply chain.

Tatebayashi Interchange Warehouse is located in the Itakura New Town Industrial Land, which was handed over by Gunma Prefecture, about 70 km from Tokyo, and about 60 minutes by car or train. Not only the adjacent Itakura New Town residential land, but also the local Gunma prefecture (Itakura town, Tatebayashi city, etc.) and the neighboring Saitama prefecture (Kazo city, Hanyu city, etc.), Tochigi prefecture (Tochigi city, Sano city, Ashikaga city, etc.) , Abundant labor force from Ibaraki prefecture (Furukawa city, Goka town, etc.) can be expected.
