The perspective of the exterior of the Mino Warehouse of Kita Osaka Sales Office, which started the second phase of construction in April 2021, has been completed.

A new warehouse with a total floor space of approximately 1,345 tsubo is currently under construction as the second phase of the Mino Warehouse of Kita Osaka Sales Office. The new warehouse/distribution center will have a total floor space of approximately 5,095 tsubo, including the first phase of construction, and is scheduled to begin operations in February 2022.
Four new large trucks will be able to come into contact with the truck berth (a total of 16 can come in contact).

The completed view of the warehouse/distribution center in the second phase of construction from the north gate facing the main road (Osaka Prefectural Road No. 116 Toyonou-Ikeda Line) that runs north-south through Minoh Morimachi (Corporate Land Zone). The number of private car parking spaces will be increased by 17 (for a total of 62 cars).

The Mino Warehouse of Kita Osaka Sales Office are our newest warehouses, equipped with automation and labor-saving (information and mechanization) equipment to expand the services we offer and to become distribution centers that are friendly to workers and the environment.
