Features of Tatebayashi Inter Warehouse of Kanto Sales Office
|
 1.The site is located in a location with low risk of earthquakes and tsunamis, and we aim to build “disaster-resistant logistics” by installing an emergency power supply system, etc.
2. We will also install LED lighting in all buildings and a centralized building energy management system to realize “environmentally friendly logistics” (a solar power generation system is also planned).
3. We will strive to provide “value-added logistics” by utilizing our fulfillment services.
4. We plan to implement joint storage and delivery through “Raku-raku soko” –The new logistics collaboration-.
5. We have obtained approval from Gunma Prefecture for our “Regional Economic Traction Business Plan” based on the Regional Future Investment Promotion Act.

The message for customers

The Tatebayashi Inter Warehouse is a newly built warehouse/distribution center as part of the company’s 110th anniversary celebration in April 2024, and will provide high-quality warehousing, 3PL, and fulfillment services to customers in the cosmetics, pharmaceutical, medical device, electronic component, and industrial equipment industries.
The warehouse building will house an air-conditioned distribution and processing area and temperature-controlled storage, and is planned to accommodate future manufacturing operations for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and other products under the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law. A separate hazardous materials warehouse will also be located on the site to comply with laws and regulations. Two dock levelers will be installed on the platform to handle import and export cargo by marine container. It can also be linked with the nearby Sano Inland Port. *1
In addition, the “Project to Promote Third Party Logistics Services by Establishing a New Sales Warehouse,” which will be implemented mainly at the warehouse, has been approved by Gunma Prefecture as a “Regional Economic Traction Project Plan” under the Act on Strengthening the Foundation for Regional Growth and Development through the Promotion of Regional Economic Traction Projects (Regional Future Investment Promotion Act). The plan is based on the following principles. Through the “promotion of logistics collaboration,” one of the specific initiatives in the plan, we will work to reduce our environmental impact by reducing CO2 emissions and contribute to the realization of a sustainable supply chain.
