1. There are no active faults in the vicinity, and because the facility is located on high ground inland, it is not at risk of tsunami damage. Additionally, the facility is equipped with an emergency power supply system, and we aim to build a “disaster-resilient” logistics infrastructure.
2. From the start of operations through December 2023, we have obtained approval from the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism under the Comprehensive Logistics Efficiency Act as a “Specified Distribution Facility.” We are committed to providing “people- and environment-friendly” logistics by reducing CO₂ emissions through shared logistics operations, installing LED lighting, and reducing operational workload through the introduction of material handling equipment.
3. We maintain rigorous security and hygiene management within the warehouse and provide “value-added” logistics services, including fulfillment services that accommodate distribution processing for cosmetics, pharmaceuticals, and parts.

Minoh Warehouse of Kita-Osaka Sales Office is a newly established logistics center (company-owned warehouse) that began operations in November 2019. It is designed to enhance logistics efficiency through business continuity planning (BCP), security management, labor-saving measures, and reduced environmental impact.
We primarily handle pharmaceuticals, medical devices, cosmetics, quasi-drugs, hair and beauty products, and electrical components, managing goods for multiple clients.
We have also been working on a new logistics consolidation initiative through “Raku-Raku Soko,” and by implementing efficient logistics services through joint logistics and joint delivery, we have been certified under the “Comprehensive Logistics Efficiency Act: Comprehensive Efficiency Plan” through December 2023.
Within the warehouse, we have established a comfortable distribution processing facility spanning three floors with a total area of approximately 570 tsubo, fully equipped with air conditioning. We provide fulfillment services including manufacturing operations in compliance with the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices Act, various distribution processing tasks, and inspections.
