Logistics Quality Management Guidelines

As guidelines for Sakata Group’s logistics quality management initiatives, we focus on the following three points based on “Continuous Operations Improvement” and “Customer Proposals”:

・Implement continuous “Operations Improvement” at all business locations.
・Review traditional “Work Methods” from zero-base without hesitation if necessary.
・Provide constant proposals to all customers and partners.

At the Sakata Group, each office sets identical operational scopes (same conditions) for each shipper. We compare and verify the frequency and ratios at each location by compiling the number of occurrences for items such as operational errors, mis-shipping, and accidents. This facilitates the analysis and organization of causes, which are then developed into improvement activities.
