We are working to maintain and improve total logistics quality through education, guidance, and support for 5S activities and Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives at each branch and logistics center, as well as through coordination and cooperation between related departments. In addition, we hold regular meetings with our customers to enhance trust and facilitate internal and external communication.
